IT Service Menu

Information Technology provides numerous products and services to the OU Health Sciences Center. We have grouped these offerings into a service menu (see the left side of this page) to make it easier for people to identify and request services from IT.

A request for service can be made by submitting the "Service Request" form located at the bottom these web pages or by contacting the IT Service Desk.

  • Account & Access Management
    Creates, maintains, and supports the personal accounts used to access campus resources and applications.
  • Application Services
    Supports the development, implementation, management and operation of organizational business and web based applications.
  • Data Center Hosting
    Provides operations and support of data center facilities, application hosting, and data backup services.
  • Desktop Management
    Centralized resources and tools that are utilized by local technical support staff to manage desktop systems.
  • Enterprise Connectivity
    Operates and maintains the campus network and supporting services such as remote access and security management.
  • Information Security
    Coordinates efforts to avoid, prevent, detect, correct, or recover from threats to information or information systems.
  • Messaging & Collaboration
    Supports e-mail, calendaring, file sharing and other services for the sharing of information.
  • Professional Services
    Offers professional consulting, design, and development services covering a wide variety of technologies and activities.
  • Technology Sales
    Authorized sales and service for hardware and software vendors, IT services and other technical offerings.
  • Training, Education & Awareness
    Informational resources, learning activities and awareness programs are offered to support the specific and general information needs of campus technology users.
  • Voice Services
    Provides telephone services and support ranging from desktop phones to teleconferencing to call center monitoring.

Service Request
Assistance with other issues related to this service can be requested using this form. Upon submission, this form creates a record in our tracking system and it will be routed to the appropriate resource for action.
