Our staff offers assistance to Students, Faculty and Staff on the OUHSC campus.

The IT Service Desk also maintains lab areas in the Student Union consisting of 18 computers from which students can access their email, the Internet or use several Microsoft Office products.  For-fee printing is also available in the lab. 

About Our Online Help

Information Technology provides an online knowledgebase for answering your questions about HSC Information Technology resources and services. This resource is easily accessible at http://help.ouhsc.edu/ or by clicking the “Online Help” link at the top of HSC web pages. From here you can view and search our knowledgebase to find answers to common question such as “How do I change my password?”

You can also ask questions about IT services with our easy to use web-based Inquiries & Questions form. This form is sent directly to the IT Service Desk.
