eVoice Services
eVoice is a free addition to standard voicemail that sends your voicemail to an e-mail account as an audio file attachment. Now you can check your voicemail from your computer without using a phone. Voicemail messages are converted to an MP3 file, then attached to an e-mail and sent to your e-mail account from evoice@ouhsc.edu. The e-mail will contain a link that will delete the voicemail from your voicemail box.
Note:
- If you want to use the eVoice service with shared voicemail accessible to multiple users, IT strongly recommends the use of a group email account. If you do not already have a group email account or a group email account will not work for your organization, please contact the IT Service Desk before submitting this form.
- You must be using a computer that has the capability to play an MP3 media file. You can test this by clicking the link below. You should expect a media player application to open on your computer and play a test MP3 file. Contact your local technical support if you do not hear a message when clicking the link below.
