IT Change Control Calendar Request

Use this form to submit an event to the IT Change Control Calendar. The calendar is used to track and coordinate IT operations, especially in regard to regular campus business operations. A change event is briefly defined as an operational or infrastructure change in computing resources. This would include activities such as operating system or software upgrades, hardware installations or upgrades, or networking equipment changes. The calendar will also track campus business activities such as budgeting cycles and payroll operations. In this way, IT will be able to schedule its activities in coordination with campus operations.
